For customers located in the European Union, prices include VAT where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Canada), customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sovra paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

By confirming an order, you agree to:

Studio Unov reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Product unavailability

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its authorized partners.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Sovra paris does not store full banking details.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 2–6 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs procedures.

Sovra paris is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union & United Kingdom)

Customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

8. Returns Outside the EU (United States & Canada)

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products

  • Final sale items

  • Used or damaged products

10. Liability

Sovra paris shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.

Liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
